Hi, I am David Simpson, a kind, professional and experienced celebrant, who works tirelessly to provide the very best experience whilst creating beautiful, heartfelt ceremonies that everyone will be talking about for many years to come.

I grew up in Ayrshire, with my three brothers, and served in the Royal Air Force for 6 years, before having a 15 year career in Financial Services, living down in Cambridgeshire. After getting married to Kerry in 2006, I returned to Scotland and currently live near Dunfermline.

Kerry and I have two amazing kids, Eve and Hamish who keep us on our toes and make us laugh and smile each and every day.  We are fortunate to live in a beautiful part of the world in central Scotland, close to Edinburgh, Glasgow and the wonderful Fife coast.

I became a celebrant since 2019 and really do feel privileged to have worked with so many couples and families over those years.

My days are busy and varied, and can range from working with excited couples to plan their perfect wedding day, or supporting families to arrange a celebration of a loved one's life, to freelance sound engineering for the BBC at sporting events or taking passengers out sailing on the the beautiful Forth. 

We are a husband and and wife team and work together full time from our home in Fife. 

Following a career in manufacturing, Kerry became a full time mum to Eve and Hamish. She was excited to join me in the business in 2020, helping to support our couples and families, keeping everything organised and ensuring we provide you with the upmost attention and care that you need when creating that perfect ceremony!
